Every time they buy Gift Cards through your page, you earn more for your cause. Members can also donate directly to your cause via our Donate Now feature.

How much does it cost to use the Texas Roadhouse Team Rewards Program?

There are no fees to create a page or withdraw funds raised. The only time we charge a fee is to supporters who wish to donate instead of buy Gift Cards - the donor will pay a 6% processing fee. There are no other costs.

Who can fundraise?

The Texas Roadhouse Team Rewards Program was designed to help sports teams, schools and community groups fundraise for the causes that are important to them.

How do I get paid?

Once you submit your payment information you can withdraw funds anytime, as long as there is over $100 outstanding. You will receive payment within 5 business days of your request if you want an electronic check sent by email or 10 business days if you wish to receive a traditional check sent by postage.

Made a purchase but don't see the cash back?

It can take up to 24 hours before we credit your Fundraiser. We'll always send you an email when cash back has been applied to your fundraiser! If it's past 24 hours and you still haven't been notified, forward us your order confirmation email to [email protected].
